TIP: It would be in your best interest to create a folder within your email and save all of your onboarding emails so that you can refer back to them if needed.

Having a well built CRM is the most important tool that you can have in this industry. Your CRM will help you stay organized, follow up with your clients, allow you to generate leads, buy leads, keep all of your communication with your clients in one place and keep your work texts and calls within an app on your phone instead of on your main text and call thread.
If you're not sure which package to start off with ask your mentor for guidance.
There are multiple virtual offices that you can utilize to watch your peers and to get coaching. It's important to step outside of your comfort zone when you're just getting started and unmute in the zoom rooms to let seasoned agents give you advice. DO NOT try to get organized with this business using pen and paper. You will want to create a virtual notebook to take notes, subscribe to a CRM and utilize a well designed virtual calendar such as Apple Calendars, create a virtual business card. In order to hit your goals you're going to want to build a weekly schedule for yourself and COMIT to it! Consistency is the key to success in this business.
You HAVE to buy leads or generate leads to sell policies. Get with your mentor to go over lead strategy and figure out what your lead spend should look like, how often you should be buying leads and how to buy leads in your CRM
